BUCKET ELEVATORS

 

GVF Impianti's E series elevators are designed for particularly heavy work environments and have a bottom reinforced with a wear-resistant material in manganese Creusabro steel, an introduction studied in particular to eliminate the residuals on the bottom and carbon steel or AISI 304 buckets with wear-resistant welded parts on the attachment edge. The control unit, equipped with hunting ratio motor and voltage unit, is dismountable in two parts in order to guarantee an easy maintenance and a simple replacement of the carpet. A gummed drum, splined to the shaft for an easy substitution, composes the control unit while a squirrel cage with cleaning female friction cones composes the transmission unit. There are also guide rollers on bearings placed both on the head and the transmission unit. GVF Impianti's bucket elevators can be produced also with a dragging chain and with special buckets.
