GVF Impianti Srl produces flat, basin-shaped, extractor, sliding belt conveyors to transport different type of materials, with different technical features for each plant and product necessity.

The construction, solid and accurate and the selection of the best technological solutions regarding construction materials allow us to present products particularly appropriate for work environment in which is required maximum executive quality. GVF Impianti's belt conveyors are equipped with GVF belt scraper with interchangeable blades, anti-cut and anti-oil gummed belt conveyor, adjustable containment fins and inferior protection if required.

 

Gummed tow roller – Squirrel cage transmission roller

All GVF Impianti's belt conveyors are equipped with a conical control roller, processed with a machine tool and gummed to guarantee a safe movement of the transport carpet. The connection between ratio motor and control roller shaft is executed using an elastic joint so the shaft is extractable in order to assure faster maintenance services at a lower cost.

The transmission roller is built in squirrel cage, processed on the outer side with a machine tool and a double inner female friction cone to guarantee the material unload. These are solutions that repay with high longevity of the carpet and the absence of maintenance locks.
