WETTING MACHINE – HEAVY SERIES

GVF Impianti's Wetting Machine-Heavy Series is advisable especially to moisturize foundry ground during the loading on a tank. The machine is completely made of steel AISI 304 and the variable pitch mixture shovels are made of an anti-wear material, which guarantee efficiency and long operative life. The wetting machine has approximately a 25 mc/h flow rate, is equipped with an oil bath transmission system and has the capacity of moisturizing foundry ground uniformly, which makes the ground load wet enough, reduces transport costs and assures the absence of volatile dust in loading/unloading phases.

Equipped with a number of nebulizer nozzles connected to a high-pressure pump, the machine is provided with a control board that includes an inverter control.
