WEAR-RESISTANCE BENDS
WEAR - RESISTANCE SQUARED BENDS SERIES "CSQ"
GVF Impianti wear - resistance squared bends "CSQ" series are produced in cast iron NiHard carbonitriding, and they can be supplied with two channels (CSQ2) or with three (CSQ3) in size of 2" a 5".In this type of bends especially appointed for pneumatic conveyors in dense phase , the transported product forms a bed into the bend, that can protect it from wear. Generally called for this reason SAND - OVER - SAND bends, they are supplied complete with revolving split flange, produced in cast iron NiHard too. The revolving split flange permit to turn the bend around its axis of rotation as you want, guaranteeing the maximum flexibility during the execution of the pipes and the layout of the ways. Outfitted with eye-bolt for uplift, it is supplied with die casting gaskets of soft gum.
WEAR - RESISTANCE SEGMENTED BEND "CM"
GVF Impianti wear - resistance segmented bends "CM" series are produced in cast iron NiHard carbonitriding and they can be supplied in size from 2"1/2 to 4". In this type of bends, especially appointed for pneumatic conveyors in dense phase, the transported product doesn't go through particular losses of load, due to the bend that has a large average range. They are supplied complete with revolving split flange produced in cast iron NiHard too and they are composed by three sectors of 30° so that they form curve in 30°, 60° and 90° and in add they allow the replacement of a single element too. The revolving split flange permit also to turn the bend around its axis of rotation as you want, guaranteeing the maximum flexibility in the pipes' execution and in the layout of the ways. Outfitted with eye - bolt for uplift it is supplied with die casting gaskets of soft gum.
BEND - STEEL-STAINLESS STELL- ANTI-WEAR GUM
The beam carbon steel bends or stainless steel and the anti-wear bend of gum are supplied in the range from 2" to " 8" in a very large series of radius: for example they can be of 1.000, 1250, 1500mm. They can be supplied with the flange PN 10 or with the revolving flange, made with pipes with a large depth and they are good for all the products, that don't have an high stage of abrasiveness or those that needed stainless steel.
WEAR - RESISTANCE BEND WITH CERAMIC COATING
The beam carbon steel bend with ceramic coating anti-wear are produced in the range from 2"1/2 up to 4"i
They can be supplied on orders with flange PN 10 or with revolving flange, made with pipes with large depth and they are good for all those products highly abrasive that wear quickly out other types of bends. The coating inside has a hardness close to those of diamond and guaranteed the best anti-wear performances.
